How to Reduce Weight ?

To reduce your weigh follow the simple steps given below. It will make you slim and young with a healthy body
  • Drink 10 glasses of water on a daily basis. Consume more amount of water in empty stomach. Drinking water cleans our stomach and makes our digestive system work better
  • Eat lot fruits which ever you like Include lot of melons which are less in calories, having melons will reduce the weight easily.
  • Have plenty of vegetables without restricting yourself. Eat raw or boiled vegetables.
  • Avoid having bananas in the night time and also after heavy meals because bananas will increase the calories.
  • Intake of potato can also be minimal.
  • Have highly protein content food like milk ,egg etc but avoid having the yolk of the egg.
  • Regular exercise is the most important factor for reducing weight. Morning walk is a wonder full exercise. Try to use steps in office instead of lift.
  • Take small breaks from work to have some water. Do not fill water bottles and keep in your desk. Take a small walk to have water.
  • Have fiber content food and green leaves which are very low in calories.
  • Avoid oily items and chat items from bakeries and shops.
  • Sleep at least 6 -10 hours a day, which will make you, feel brisk and brighter and healthy.
  • Laugh. Let humor enter your life. One of the easiest ways of being healthier is to find a way to relax more and have more fun.
  • Studies show that eating a proper breakfast is one of the most positive things you can do if you are trying to lose weight . Breakfast skippers tend to gain weight.
  • A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice , a high fiber breakfast cereal ,low fat milk or yogurt.
  • Tomato is a superstar in the fruit and veggie pantheon. Tomatoes contain lycopene, a powerful cancer fighter. They’re also rich in vitamin C. The good news is that cooked tomatoes are also nutritious, so use them in pasta, soups and casseroles, as well as in salads. The British Thoracic Society says that tomatoes and apples can reduce your risk of asthma and chronic lung diseases. Both contain "Quercetin ". To enjoy the benefits , eat five apples a week or a tomato every other day. Whole wheat toast , and a boiled egg.
